When I reply to a text a day or longer later....or IGNORE it! My Wife knows me and it does not seem to bother her. I tell people over n over n over again. 98% of the time, my phone is on the Kitchen counter with the $%^$##%^PITA ringer turned the hell OFF! I got SOOOOO sick of dings for USELESS texts or updates or it ringing for AAAAAAANOTHER car warranty. When I am on this board, e mailing or FB, 99% of the time, like NOW, I'm on my lap top. I HATE HATE HATE texting. I am a one thumb texter and it takes me FOREVER! I cannot stand the small formats of phones. HOW. IN. THE. HELL. how people text and walk is beyond me. Text and drive???? Hell, it's all I can do to be seated in a comfy chair with perfect light and my readers to text right.
I will NEVER EVER be a call phone Zombie, drooling into a phone.
