we replaced our AC for a 1600 sq ft house for about $3500.. but, we didn't get new ductwork and he also didn't replace the freon lines.. Of course the ridiculous inflation we're dealing with will probably up that quite a bit.. I dunno if waiting until Falls will affect the price.. with inflation off the hook, it might even be higher in a few months..
