We WERE gonna do a road trip to Chimney Rock N.C. but damn!! Even a meal for two at McD's on the road is pushing $25. My simple Nissan Sentra is $45+ to fill up. I WANNA support businesses n such but this "Bigger N Better" crap is killing me. Told my Wife we are gonna knock down eating out to maybe once a week. Just a few years ago, we could do our cheap Mexican Restaurant WITH two Margaritas and spend hardly $30-$35....tip included. That's now pushing $55-$60.Gonna HAVE to lay low till the Weather and our bills cool down some.
