I went last weekend, and was very impressed. The young man they got to play the title roll (Austin Butler) really nailed it. Well, as good as anyone I've ever seen. Some of the stage re-enactments, and his vocal impressions were really spot on. It focuses a lot on his roots, and relationships with his Mother, Colonel Parker, and Pricilla. Hanks as Parker was as good as you'd expect. I thought it was very entertaining, and was wondering what others here thought of it?
