Day two. It's kicking my butt a tad.

Probably did not help that I watered the yard and THEN did my walk in hot weather this AM. Took a shower and now I'm glued to the couch. If it's par for the course for me, today and tonight will be the worst. I treating myself as if I DO have Covid. Tons of Lysol, hand washing and isolating myself.

I really think me spending 8 hours in the yard last week triggered things. When it rained on me, I had the chills a bit later even though it was very hot. Had felt drained since.
