USED to plan for 12 +. Quite often, me and my Bud would do a beer run while at the beach. The DUMBEST thing I have ever done was go out there back in the Summer of 95. I KNOW I had about 15 beers over about 8-9 hours. The dumb part was I did not touch water...just beer. And it was a heat index of about 105. It was so hot, I hardly caught a buzz because I was sweating so much. Got home with no problem. Took a nice cool shower AAAAAAAND THENNNN....We all went out for Mexican and I had 3-4 Margaritas. Got home around 10 PM and crashed. I had not had a sip of water ALL day. About 2 AM??? I woke up with THEEEE worst cramps I have ever had. Felt like someone was wringing my calves like a wash cloth. I got my butt out of bed and drank water for about 2 hours. Got about another hour of sleep and went to the NAS JAX Fire Station like it was nothing. I'd be in the Hospital if I tried that these days!!! LOL
