WHO is making money from OTHER'S Social Security benefits??

Trying to figure the TIDAL WAVE of commercials, especially on METV, with celebs pushing "Call this number and see if YOUR zip code is included to get the benefits YOU are entitled too"! These ads have been CONSTANT for at least a year.
