Jacksonville gets REALLY good views when NASA does rare N/NE tracks on launches.

Just a few weeks before the Challenger disaster, NASA launched the Columbia on a N / NE track. It was a crisp and cold night with zero haze. It was AAAAWESOME!!! I could even hear it. USUALLY, NASA sends stuff out and away, over the Atlantic. It can be seen here but not nearly as cool.
