of arguing that 'this' software because it's mine is better than your software are long over... actually I never did that anyway UNLESS... something was glaringly and in your face a benefit.
Adobe, Final Cut, and others.. I don't think there's a rat's ass difference. I use the built in photo editing that comes with a mac, which is NOT enough but is for nearly all the touch-ups I do. I also have "Acorn"... "Pixelmater"... and one other but I forget it's name, (it's not on this laptop)... and between the 4 I can do pretty much anything I want.
I used to have the full pro version of photoshop, and wish I still did, but didn't stay current and now it won't work anymore.
i can usually figure out how to accomplish complex photo editing tasks BUT.. it can take me forever, it has to be VERY important... I just did it so seldom I never really learned it well enough to have it committed to memory. - JamesJM
