Had a friend of ours install it. We have it on a elevated fence pole just above the corner of our roof. He said point it towards Downtown because that is where most of our local channels are. It works REALLY well on local channels AND it picks up a few extra. I LOVE ANTENNA TV! That channel shows a lot of classic shows from 50s/ 60s and 70s.
