Hawai'i Bowl Canceled

The EasyPost Hawai'i Bowl with the Memphis Tigers (6-6) playing the Hawaii Warriors (6-7) was canceled after Hawai'i announced Thursday that it was pulling out of the game, citing COVID-19 issues within the program in addition to injuries and transfers.
The game was scheduled to be played in Honolulu tonight.
The Memphis Tigers traveled out to Hawaii on Sunday (Dec. 19) and were prepared to play the game right up until Thursday’s cancelation. Instead of a bowl game, they'll be boarding a plane to return to Memphis.
I feel bad for the players. Since it's so last minute, there's no time to see if other schools can fill in. The Hawai'i Bowl just won't be played this year.
