I was done the other night at 5:45 and THEN ate a good Dinner. But....It was a bit salty. I have heard Hangovers are mostly dehydration. I do my best to avoid them. When I was younger, I'd just say....SCREW IT! Let's get another Pitcher / drink!! Now?? I'm watching the clock, water intake and when do I eat. Yesterday was minor because I felt fine by 1 PM. I had a hangover 6-7 years ago that lingered for 2 solid days. Puking on day #1 and just BLAAAH! the next.
If I'm watching football and the game is REALLY big, I'll stop drinking close to an hour prior.
