I do 95% of the cooking and over the years been through many a non stick pan. Expensive ones and cheap my experience has been the same with all of them. They will warp, lighter ones faster than heavy. They are easy to scratch , so avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. In my experience spray on oil causes the pans to stick. I scramble an egg twice a day for my dog at least 4 days a week , used the same non stick and vegetable oil every time. I fry on high and brown one side of the scrambled egg. Pan made it over 2 years until I scratched it and it never had an issue with sticking. This pan was also used for other cooking.
Pan was made by JA Henckels International. It was a 3 pack, small, med, large that cost $60 or so from a department store, Dillards iirc.
