But, with money, he will hire a good defense attorney that will indicate that he was driving that fast to get his passenger, who was suffering from severe chest pains, to the hospital or a forensic toxicologist to say the .16 isn't accurate, it was a rising blood alcohol.
He'll end up doing 1-2 years max and someone's life is ended because he wanted to flex his fast car.
apparently he was coming from Top Golf where an employee said he had 18 shots and other mixed drinks.....Top Golf probably will be sued soon I'm guessing
Typically, you add guys when the main guy doesn't have deep enough pockets to pay the damages. I don't know Ruggs finances but, yeah, Top Golf can look forward to a summons and complaint.
