Britney Spears is 39

I'm not real sure, but I think this whole conservatorship thing first happened after she had that episode when she shaved herself bald. Remember that? It was several years ago. She had some kind of mental breakdown. And I think she probably has some mental issues to this day, but I don't know what they are. I've seen and heard Britney in some interviews and she's not altogether "with it" in my book. She seems bi-polar, manic... something. I'm no mental health expert.
