YES!! Our subdivision contracts with a waste management company. They normally have 2 pickups a week: Mondays = Yard waster, refuse for recycling and on Tuesday = regular trash/garbage. They sent out a voice message a few weeks ago and said that due to unforeseen circumstances... something vague like that... no clear explanation... yard waste was going to be picked up every other week till the end of August. It's been up to us to remember which week is the pick-up week.

This whole thing about people not wanting to work (in ANY field or line of work) these days just blows my mind.
