during both the JV and Varsity scrimmages. I'm hearing through the grapevine that two players have been suspended for a week? Could be.... although I didn't see any actual fight that lasted more than maybe a punch or two.. if that.
I got the feeling that both us, Kerman, and the team we played - Fowler... haven't gotten in much practice with special teams... if any at all? It wasn't good. But that's common in the first scrimmage of the year for HS.
Some very long TD passes from both teams but that was mostly due to poor coverage, (WR's running free).
Overall.... rusty, not up to speed, lot of mental errors, which is what you'd expect and exactly why you run a scrimmage.
