Haven't been to Moscow in 35 years, I'm sure its changed. Use to be a crazy little town. You have two universities like six miles apart and in the 80s the drinking age in Idaho was 19 so all the kids from WSU along with the kids from UI would go there to party. So every Friday and Saturday night you had like 20,000 college kids pouring into a town of 15,000 people to party. So it was this little town with giant bars, pool halls and night clubs.
