Lawn mowers are a good example. The days of gas-powered mowers, etc. should be numbered. My next one sure will be electric.

I'm at least at the point where I'd consider and evaluate electric or hybrid. I would not have even 4-5 years ago. People will slowly come around to them. Only 2% of U.S. cars are electric now. Will be 10% in several years. Then 15, then 20.
