and since my granddaughter is selling the hell out of her Charcuterie platters I have some very good snack options - various deli meats, crackers, fruits, cheeses....
I decided on cheese and saw that one particular cheese was mostly gone.... just one bite left, albeit a big bite. It wasn't cheese. It was an herb butter.
Now I love butter... but giant bites of butter? Also... when you're expecting cheese and bite into butter it will get your attention. I had to quickly grab a piece of bread and dip it into these various Oil/Vinegar dipping oils we have to clear the taste from my palate. - JamesJM
