I've done both the treadmill and chemical. The treadmill you expect to get tired and stressed with somebody saying faster, faster. But with the chemical your simply sitting there have a calm conversation when you begin to feel something weird and then snap-it's like you've run a marathon. Your brain just can't comprehend what's happening. I think I prefer the treadmill.
