My Tinnitus was caused because of Meds. At first it was bad, I could not sleep I always thought about it that it was a tumor or all these bad things. Went to the doctor and he said its Tinnitus. Then I started not to worry about it and not think about it and it slowly got used to it. I also cut down on the meds and it slowly got less noticeable. I recommended when you go to sleep to do white noise so you won't focus on the tinnitus.
