I worked with a Civilian Firefighter who used to be an Asst Strength / Conditioning Coach at Arkansas State. He put me on a plan usually used for Offensive Linemen. I was hitting the weights heavily, eating 4 meals a day, drinking weight gainer shakes for about 4 straight months. I gained.....5 pounds. He said I was a freak of nature. We could be at the Station, watching Monday Night Football. I'd see a Dominos commercial at 10 PM, say "That looks good!" I'd order a medium pizza, eat it, drink a Coke or two, burp and go straight to bed.......and LOSE weight.
