I'm a bad protest song fan....

because I so seldom pay any attention to the lyrics.... and no need to scold me for that or tell me I'm missing out... I'm very aware of that, but that's just me and it's unlikely to change because now, as opposed to then, I can't understand the words anyway.

I do hear some lyrics, of course... as far as protest songs, and the 60's, I think I remember Barry McGuire the best, and his song "Eve Of Destruction".
