There is a scene in that movie where his wife warns him to never become one of those 'remember when guys'. I don't know how true that is... BUT...
Chuck seldom spoke of his own accomplishments. Oh sure, we asked him occasionally, (especially me), and he'd gladly give us a short tale or two... but mostly he was 'up to date'... speaking of new innovations in aviation, what was just around the bend. He was a very humble man.
