Tech support, this makes 3 times in a row...

that I have experienced a problem with an application - worked on it for a month or longer without being able to figure it out - and submitted a support ticket to help me address the problem... AND THEN....

Not an hour after submitting the support ticket... figured it out on my own. laughing smiley

I've learned my lesson. Next time I will immediately submit a support ticket without making any attempt at all to figure it out on my own... and only after submitting the ticket will I begin to troubleshoot. I'm now one step ahead of them. - JamesJM
