Wondering how folks will fare with face masks during the winter 'cause... they're gonna get wet in wintry conditions. Not only are wet masks ineffective, they're uncomfortable and hard to breathe through. Just not sure how wearing a mask can be enforced when rain and snow are factors. COVID-19 didn't hit the U.S. in force until the winter of 2019 had just ended so this is going to be a first.
Nobody out there has a sensible, serious answer to my question?
