Wish to hell I was in Sturgis right now...

About two weeks ago it occurred to me, "Hey Jimmy, Sturgis is coming up ". I was out riding a short loop I ride every couple of weeks or so. This time I was setting up my new iPhone with my helmet communicator and my Tom Tom GPS. I have no reason to do that, I don't think... because I'm pretty sure my longs rides are behind me... BUT... I wanted to.

I thought, "You're due , JamesJM. No, you don't ride a Harley. No, you don't know any other biker going. No, there won't be any smooth jazz bands playing there . 6' social distancing is no problem whatsoever.".... BUT...

I didn't go.

Now I'm miserable thinking, "You didn't go, JamesJM. Why don't you just check into an old folks home and be done with it?". Ok.. an overreaction... but still.
