which makes things way easier, but I started old school with a miter box made from wood when I was a kid.. the plastic ones are too flimsy and I think will bend or stretch and screw up your angle, but a solid wooden one probably would work.. Dude you can get a cheap miter saw for probably $50 - it'd be well worth it..
