The beach stuff was answered correctly. Dry sand =lying around. Wet sand =no lying around. Costco enforces the mask wearing rules. Liquor and weed stores are like many retailers where clerks wear masks and gloves. Try getting a haircut from someone six feet away. As far as the others I've never heard of them so can't comment.
