Best laid plans of mice and men......

So,

1. Hope everyone is healthy and had a good Easter.
2. Hope during this "stay at home" everyone is still married and/or attached and family is still talking to you.....lol
(after 2 weeks and selling/moving me barely)

Well, after deciding not to sell the farm, to sell both homes in town, guess what.....
the guy who's offer we turned down, comes back with a more bigger, more better offer.
Change of direction...
Already are closing on our main home in town and were in negotiations on our rent house.
Luckily we still were able to get out of that one.
So now we are moving into the rent house. And still have about 1 acre to "roam around on".
Man I am a genius (from a wasteful fool) for remodeling it about 6 years ago and only renting to "old" folks.
Wiffie and I still have to move everything ourselves, she barely lets me in the house....lol

I don't know about anywhere else but property is selling like hotcakes at half price here in the Ozarks at prices that are unreal.
Places that I thought would never be for sale.
Just 5 years ago or so could be had for $250 a acre are now around $10,000+.
All out of staters (furiners)

Gas just dropped to $1.22 here this morning and nowhere to go.
All cans are full, no more "out of weed eater gas, I'll do it tomorrow".
And as Iowa posted, temps last week hit 92, this morning wind chill was 27, chance of snow tonight.
