but that doesn't answer the question about the actors... who HAD to know how ridiculous the dialog was. ALTHOUGH....
I mentioned one time before that I think most good acting today, AND then, was a LOT more good directing PLUS editing than actual good acting. It's possible, I don't discount it, that the actors may have thought things were going somewhat normal and editing would correct, or at least help a little, what was occurring on the set as they were filming it.
