No, I've never used ear monitors.. its ear-splittling loud as $%&^ on my side of the stage.. All that volume just makes me feel powerful, which just adds to my persona.. I do know people who use them and LOVE them, but I kind of doubt I'll ever use them - I'm too set in my ways... lol
