Too much is around the gut. My biggest problem is not losing weight. It's losing weight WITHOUT skinnier arms n legs ( I do NOT need that) All I'm hoping for is to lose a few pounds and maybe tone up some. I am incapable of bulking up. But.........Bottom line...When I do eat smart and just work out some, I feel so much better. I also plan to cut back on alcohol (ANOTHER football season problem!LOL)
