my granddaughter made it for me from a recipe. Yes, her Mom is yelling at me for allowing her to do that.
It was 'delicious'... but it wasn't quite 'right'. She used Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum... I'm not too fond of 'spiced' liquors... I like a few. I think the recipe she found would be great but rather than spiced Rum it should be made with plain ole' rum. I would name a 'quality brand' of rum here but I don't know any.
It's certainly "Christmassy", however. And it did hit the spot. I'll be asleep in probably 20 minutes. - JamesJM
