that ejection rules vary from organization to organization, state to state. In California I can say that I had never heard of a 'one series ejection'.

As far as transfers... very common here. I know of families who were moved with the help of various entities so that a kid could play at a certain HS. Does that effect the rules of the game? I don't know.. easy to see how it could, however.
