Ever done an interview and been misquoted?

I'm bored today and somebody reminded me of my greatest newspaper article misquote - which I can't remember if I've posted this story or not.. The interview was for an upcoming show a few years ago..Everybody on Earth knows I have neck issues, so I decided to use one of my favorite quotes to end the article.. So, I casually made the comment,

"We're ready to blow out some cervical discs".. you know, head banging and all that...

Well, the article came out and I was quoted as saying:

"We're ready to blow our some cervixes"....

I busted out laughing, knowing that if I was gonna be misquoted, it couldn't have gone any better than that.. Of course, there was some backlash, but, hey - this is rock n roll, right?
