Anyone have a hip replaced?
Just had mine done Friday the 14th. This is the 4th day I have been home and it has its challenges.
I am finding mental strength is extremely important in the recovery process. Quite simply, don't get too high and stay away from getting too low.
My problem is I want to find where I need to improve, not what am I doind well right now. REhab is really a good barometer on my weak parts.
