the bracket was really uneven

6 of the top 10 teams were clumped in one side of the Bracket and most of those were in the top quarter

Croatia was ranked 20th in the world and England, with a bright future, isnt a top 10 squad yet......the fact that those 2 were in the semis says a lot.
