walk you through photoshop no problem - if we were face to face.. So, if we ever are, after we get gorged out on toasted ravioli's and stout beverages we'll do a photoshop lesson..

Yeah, its all in VR.. I build the 3D models in 3D Max, then import them into a gaming engine called Unity.. From there, I add the Steam plugins to turn it into a VR file (after doing a TON of programming and stuff) and then run that all through the HTC Vive VR setup.. Its so freakin' cool to actually be standing in a 3D hanger that I built, surrounded by A-10's and F-16's and the fully animated engines of both birds and to be able to walk up to an engine I made and stick my head into it and see all the parts and stuff life-sized..

I've got several other environments that actually make you accomplish things, but the hanger is my favorite because there's SO much cool stuff in it to see..

We have another system called a Hololens that will make you think of Gordy from Star Trek (pic included) as they have a computer built in to them... They are glasses you put on in which you see the room you're in, but then you can walk up to a 3D jet engine aor whatever you want) and the layers peel away exposing the internal workings as you walk closer.. its a combo of reality and 3D stuff called augmented reality.. you can also hit buttons to connect to internet at the same time or whatever files you need.. you can put it in record mode and record your actions of fixing anything thats broke, then a student can get on the same parts (same real parts in real life) and fix the same broken stuff step by step by following the steps the instructor laid out.. its truly bad to the bone..

I remember when you put together the header for The Pub. . . it's something I could never do. I doubt that I could get past photoshop 101 even with Photoshop For Dummies and Cliff's Notes. The language just doesn't register.

So congratulations. . . YOU'RE FAMOUS!

I assume it's a virtual reality program. . . which brings to mind what we've seen in past sci fi flicks. . . now becoming very real. I'll have more on this when I get it together.
