i reported DTV and ATT to the BBB shortly after I cancelled.

I had Sunday Ticket every season since 1997 and finally cancelled in 2015.

I tried to cancel my subscription on - line, but there was no cancellation option to do that on line.

So I called to simply cancel my service, they kept transferring me and kept me on hold for over 50 minutes before they finally validated my cancellation. I was friggin' irate, I still have the $4.98 uncashed credit check that they sent me in 2015 pinned up on my bulletin board at home....

I will cash it 2021 to screw up their accounting just like Jerry Seinfeld did to his grandmother's bank when Kramer encouraged Jerry to cash his grandmother's birthday's checks to Jerry....

I reported them to the BBB indicating that no one should be held ransom to cancel service, especially when the customer has a credit due.

I know I've spoken harshly of DirecTV in the past...
