Same here, frequent pee'r. When I go to Rams games I dehydrate myself and even then I have to take one bathroom break.
Beer is bad but soft drinks are worse... if they have ice. I don't know why the 'ice' makes a difference but it does, and it's a HUGE difference. One medium iced coke, or any soft drink, and I'm in the bathroom 4 to 5 times in the next hour.
My body doesn't require a lot of fluids... I don't know why but I know it's true. When I was a backpacking fanatic 'peeing' was probably the #1 concern when you read hiking manuals. Simple to check... when you pee check the color.... clear, you're good. slightly yellow - normal. Dark Yellow you're dehydrated. Almost every hiking manual suggested a liter an hour in hot conditions. I'd drink maybe a liter a day. And not once, on any of my hiking trips, thousands of miles, did my urine ever turn 'dark yellow'.
Another problem I have... iced tea is perhaps my favorite beverage, (after milk). In the summer I'll drink it every meal. At night I can easily drink a couple liters of iced tea during dinner... and then, no sleep. Not that it matters because I'm taking a leak every 15 minutes anyway. - JamesJM
