I just watched youtube vid...

of it and, to me, it looked like her monitors weren't working and she couldn't hear when to come it or something.. I'm guessing she was going to lip sync, but they kept her mic hot so she could at least talk.. it was a real mess, but it wan't like she was singing out of tune or anything.. More like a Milli Vanilli moment...
