Between that and cutting out watching news by probably 90%, it has really helped my blood pressure. Besides........ LOLOLOL I really stopped caring when Demoff and Co screwed up the jerseys! But in all seriousness, I have seen NOTHING constructive on Facebook or the news in a LONG LONG time.
