Just got back from getting a very small kitten from a storm drain pipe. LUCKILY, I was able to get in the drain and the pipe was over 4 feet tall. The kitten was about 30 yards down the pipe. The ONE time I do a rescue without my gloves, I GET BIT! Luckily, it was just a nip. Poor girl was terrified! I had been 0 for my last 2. My last attempt was MY cat, who jumped from 30 feet up (Still fat n happy 5 years later) Today brings my 22 year record to 11 of 14. The other misses? One, a tree surgeon grabbed. The other came down a day later. Being a cat guy, today made me smile!
