All kidding aside......WHAT THE HELL is up with that???? Call Centers.

MEGA million...if not mega BILLION companies hire people who are essentially the face of the company and first contact with Customers. But you wonder WHAT THE EFF THEY'RE SAYING!!! Dell Computers was my very worst experience, about 10 years ago. I swear I was talking to a lady who learned English that morning. Like I have said 100 times before. We live in an age of some of the most remarkable communication technology. But in my opinion....Communication and punctuality is at an all time low.
