I remember Christmas Day 1975, my Dad took me to see the movie with George C Scott.

It REALLY triggered an interest in the Hindenburg. For my Birthday, in June 1976, my folks bought me the AMT plastic model of the Hindenburg. Actually a VERY good model. A few months later, my Brother and I filled it with gasoline and tried to light it with a firecracker!

So funny... Just THIS morning, I thought about the Hindenburg movie, after passing the old theater which is now a Discount Auto Parts Warehouse.
