Ok, music concerts... yet again.... another 'wow'...

Tonight my granddaughter's was having yet another, I think this is 6, 21st B'day parties. Lots of music.... so as I normally do, (musicians will readily get this), I came into my room and picked up a pair of drumsticks and started playing along to some of my music - NOT on a kit, I mean air-playing, to some of my favorites. AND... songs I know well.

Came across this two songs from an artist you would not know... not even going to mention his name but basically 'jazz'. Had not played along to those two songs in... oh... a decade, maybe longer. After air-playing I began to wonder... is that guy still around, still playing music?

Google'd him. (Well, duckduckGo'd him)..... and yes, he's still playing.... and not just that.... he's playing this month at a venue not that far from me. Wow.... first the Sugar Pine Railroad artist list and now this. I am on a HOT streak. BUT... will I go to see him? Probably not... but that's only because it couldn't be at a worse time of year for me.... I'm BUSY right now. But had it been any other time of year... I would have been there. - JamesJM
