My Tech School at Rantoul, Illinois (Chanute AF
and my Duty Station in Blytheville, Arkansas have been closed since the early 90s and are rotting away. The town of Blytheville is really down and crime ridden. I found myself simply looking at land marks or even foundations of buildings I remember and thought back to the times and people. My USAF days are something I really cherish. Blows me away that next month will be 35 years since I left.
