You mentioned Christmas lights. Just 4-5 years ago....

I would spend 4 hours prepping my yard...Mowing, edging, weed eating etc and then on the same day, put up ALL of our outside lights, while having a beverage or four. Now, it takes me 5+ hours to do the yard and I split the lights into two days......with maybe a drink or two.

I'm 57 and a half and I am REALLY feeling my body tell me.... CHILL OUT!! LOL It hit me QUICKLY just 2-3 years ago. I tell people it's payback for jumping off my friend's HOUSE, just for fun, when I was 10-11 years old.
